Have You Looked Into Your Heart Today

   Have you looked into your heart today,

And in that moment realized how truly precious you are?

Have you listened to your heart today and whispered softly in wonder,

Of the immense capacity of love within?

Have you cherished all that your heart holds today;

The dreams and hopes and memories waiting for their page to turn?

Have you chosen to follow your heart today,

Down the path before you… with an end you can not see?

Have you held what is in your heart today,

And seen the beautiful reflection of You; your purpose in this world understood?

Have you longed for something within your heart today;

Your grasp not quite within your reach?

Have you revealed what is in your heart today,

And chanced that love would be gifted to you by another?

Have you loved from within your heart today,

Knowing that your capacity to do so has no end?

 That from the moment you were born; on the day you were born….

 Before the first tiny cry of “You” claimed your place in this world….

     God filled your empty little heart with precious love….

And Gently Gave You Your First Breath!
