It’s Me Again Lord…
I don’t know why You don’t get tired of my petty prayers.
I know how busy You are, but here I go again asking for Your help.
I asked Your help with the pain in my legs, while there are those who can’t walk.
I asked for a good night’s sleep while people are in comas.
I asked You to bless my eyes when there are so many blind in this world.
I asked you to let my neighbours love me when this war is ripping the world apart.
I asked You to protect my family when I saw on the news, “5 killed in a house fire”.
I asked You to keep me safe every night while someone is breaking into a woman’s house.
I asked You… why I am so special?
Why did You do these things for me?
Then I hear a voice deep inside me… "because you asked Me."
